The season is 5 weeks away which means we are 35 days away from Penn State football. Wearing No. 35 is Justin Neff, a walk-on safety from Mill Hall, PA who played his high school ball for Central Mountain. He was quite the player for Central Mountain, finishing his high school career with 303 tackles and 2,220 rushing yards.
Neff redshirted in 2017, and then didn’t see any time last season during his redshirt freshman season. We’ll see if Neff can make his way onto the field at some point in his career, or if he just ends up being a valued member of the scout team.
