It’s official: Lamar Stevens will return to the Penn State Nittany Lions for his senior season!
The academic junior spent the better part of the Spring preparing for a potential NBA Draft decision, but after working out with different teams and getting feedback, he has decided another year of refining his game will boost his chances at the draft next year.
Stevens averaged nearly 20 points per game and eight rebounds per game last season, earning him First Team All-Big Ten honors.
Stevens’ return, along with Mike Watkins’ announced return earlier this year, are undoubtedly the best pieces of offseason news to come about.
