Penn State offered Flowers back in June of 2019 and immediately stepped to the forefront of his recruitment. The Central Pennsylvania product immediately visited twice and the Nittany Lions have long been considered the favorite. Offers from Arizona State and West Virginia made things interesting, but Penn State held steadfast before earning a commitment on New Years Day.

OUTLOOK

Flowers is a big-time athlete who could play either safety or wide receiver at the next level and has the potential to be an all-conference selection at either position.
