The Nittany Lions are 2-0 after sweeping No. 15 Arizona State at Mullet Arena. Their No. 4 ranking in the USCHO poll is their highest since January 2017.
After an immense buzz followed them throughout the offseason, they’ll return to a raucous crowd at Pegula Ice Arena for their home opener at 6:30 p.m. Thursday against Clarkson.
Game 1 will be broadcast on Big Ten Network. Game 2 is scheduled for 7 p.m. Friday.
