Running backs Miles Sanders had just one season at the helm of the Penn State rushing attack, but he did enough to put his name in the fold at the upcoming NFL Draft. A solid season and impressive offseason workouts have Sanders positioned to be one of the first few running backs taken.
Sanders entered Penn State with a lot of hype, thanks to being ranked as a five-star recruit according to 247Sports. Sanders was the top high school player in Pennsylvania, the top running back, and the No. 21 player overall.
Unfortunately for Sanders, his arrival to Happy Valley wasn’t the best timing, as he had to spend two seasons behind all-time great, Saquon Barkley.
