Junior midfielder Natalie Freeman has made great strides for Penn State field hockey every season since she arrived on the college scene from Ellicott City, Maryland ahead of the 2023 season.
Before her days in Happy Valley however, she was still no stranger to the bright lights. Freeman was a two-time varsity letter winner for Garrison Forest High School as a freshman and sophomore and she continued that success at Marriotts Ridge, with two more selections.
Freeman earned All-County, All-State, All-Metro, All-Met, and All-Region honors during her two years at MRHS, which included two Region I championships in two state semifinals appearances.
