James Franklin and company have made a significant push to land the No. 2 recruit in Pennsylvania for the 2026 cycle. Notre Dame is the Lions’ toughest competition for O’Brien right now. O’Brien has made 8 total visits to Happy Valley during his recruitment, and he has another official visit scheduled in May.
