Micah Parsons' contract dispute with the Dallas Cowboys has a new development. On Saturday, Jerry Jones dismissed the trade request as part of negotiation, but said on Tuesday that there has been only silence between the two parties and a lack of confidence in Parsons playing in the season opener on Sept. 4.
