The news that we have feared since March is now official - there will be no Penn State Football in 2020.
The report from the Detroit Free Press comes after months of speculation and attempts to make a college football season work during the COVID-19 pandemic. Unfortunately, no solution was found to play games safely, a nearly impossible task considering how difficult it is to stop the spread of a virus on a college campus with thousands of people traveling from all all over the world.
The MAC was the first domino to fall as they announced the cancellation of its football season on Saturday.
