International freshmen duo ignite Penn State women's basketball to victory over Cincinnati

Rocking her fluorescent orange kicks, it was hard to miss Tea Cleante in action on Friday night.

Off the bench, it was a bit more difficult to spot Viktoria Ranisavljevic. That was until the second half.

“They’re vets,” coach Carolyn Kieger said. “Right? They've played high-level international basketball. They played for their national team. They've been in a big game. So I think for them, coming into the Power 4 matchup like this, down the stretch, that didn't faze them.”

Rec Hall was home to Cleante’s debut with the blue and white. A packed arena roared at the sound of her name announced in the starting lineup.
