Five Penn State athletes were recognized for their standout performances in the regular season ahead of the team’s Big Ten Tournament rematch with Johns Hopkins.

Erika Ho, Lauren Saltz and Ellie Hollin were named to the All-Conference First Team, while freshmen Brooke Long and Lilly Spilker earned spots on the All-Conference Freshman Team.

These five players played key roles in the Nittany Lions’ conference play comeback after a challenging start to the season.

Ho leads the team in goals with 44, nearly double the total of the next-highest scorer. Meanwhile, Saltz closely trails the junior in several offensive categories, especially in total shots.
