We’re not even through the first week of NCAA football, and some rankings are already getting shaken up. On Saturday, college football fans who have been starved for the sport were excited to have some teams back in action for a week zero matchup.
Although a majority of the teams didn’t play, Penn State football included, ESPN had to update their Power Index. Penn State didn’t move on the index, as they rank at No. 12 still. Unfortunately, their chances of winning the Big Ten are still slim. However, they did see a slight increase.
