This past weekend was another successful one on both the high school and JUCO gridirons for future Nittany Lions. So, as we do every Tuesday, let’s take a look at which stars shined brightest this past weekend.
In the wild and wonderful Pacific Northwest, quarterback commit Michael Johnson Jr. led the Sheldon Irish to a 56-21 victory on Friday night. Johnson threw for 197 yards and four scores, while also rushing for 144 yards and a touchdown.
Penn State’s other quarterback commit - Taquan Roberson - also had a big game on Friday night.
