It took a while, but Penn State football finally proved they could lose in 2019. There were multiple games this season where it felt like the Lions were going to be defeated, but they would always come out on top. Surprisingly, Penn State was unbeaten through eight games.
That all ended this past weekend, though, as Penn State took a trip to Minnesota for a noon kickoff. The Golden Gophers were more than prepared for the Lions as they took control of the game early on. Penn State, on the other hand, took a while to get into a groove.
