The month of July has been good to Penn State football. After a shaky start to June last month, they finished strong in the final week and got an excellent start to July with a wave of commitments. The recruiting news cycle has been quiet for the last couple of days regarding new commitments, but soon enough we could be hearing about new prospects picking the Lions.
As we know, some of the more recruited prospects tend to drag out their decisions to ensure they make the right one. But usually, they won’t just make a decision after leaving everybody in the dark.
