While the NCAA dead period will be in effect through at least Janaury 1st, 2021, that has not stopped players from visiting campuses. They just have not been able to interact with coaching staffs while doing so.
Sunday afternoon, a pair of 2022 targets made their way to campus. One of these two prospects was cornerback Raleigh Collins III.
Collins attends Neumann Goretti High School in Phildaelphia. He was previously on campus for the White Out victroy over Michigan last fall, but this was his first visit to campus since picking up an offer from the Nittany Lions earlier this spring.
