This past Saturday the Nittany Lions hosted not just the Ball State Cardinals, but, for the first time in 22 months, they also hosted recruits for visits. This included a contingency of 2022 commits such as Drew Shelton, Kaden Saunders, Ken Talley, Nick Singleton, JB Nelson, and Tyrece Mills, among others.
Joining these commits on campus was 2023 tight end Joey Schlaffer who was offered by the Nittany Lions during the visit.
Schlaffer attends Exeter Township High School, the same school that produced three-year offensive line starter Michal Menet.
