The state of Michigan has been very good to Penn State thus far in the 2021 recruiting cycle. On July 17, that may continue. On July 17, four-star Michigan linebacker Jamari Buddin will announce his commitment. Penn State currently owns 93% of the 247Sports crystal ball predictions for Buddin.

Penn State has already landed defensive backs Jaylen Reed and Kalen King, as well as Kalen’s twin brother Kobe, who is a linebacker, from Michigan this cycle. Now it appears that Buddin will join the group on July 17.
