The Big Ten announced matchups for its 2024-25 mens basketball conference season on Wednesday.
Penn State, and all other conference teams, will play 20 in-league games. Those games feature seven opponents only at home, seven only on the road, and home-and-home series with three teams.
The Nittany Lions will play home and away against Indiana, Minnesota, and Rutgers. Penn State was competitive against that group last year, going 3-3. The Golden Gophers rallied from big deficits twice for a pair of wins, while the Lions throttled Rutgers on the road. Meanwhile, Penn State knocked off Indiana twice in the regular season, but lost a tough 61-59 game against the Hoosiers in the Big Ten Tournament.
