Stockton, Calif. - The Pacific women's basketball team was shocked at a buzzer by a game-winning three-pointer from Loyola Marymount's Leslie Lopez-Wood as the Lions came from behind for a 63-60 WCC win in the Alex G. Spanos Center.
Desire Finnie led Pacific with 17 points, while Najah Queenland added a season-high 11 with seven rebounds. GeAnna Luaulu-Summers added 10 points and five assists while Emily Simons scored eight points with a career-high 12 rebounds and four steals.
Pacific led by as many as 14 and led for over 31 minutes of the game, but LMU charged back with 16-4 fourth quarter run.
