EL MACERO, Calif. – The Pacific men's golf team finished its first round of 18 holes in a tie for 11th place on day one of the El Macero Classic.
The UC Davis-hosted event is being hosted on the Par 72, 7,108 yard course at El Macero Country Club.
Pacific sits in a tie with fellow West Coast Conference foe — No. 50 Saint Mary's with a +17, 305. On a very windy Friday, the Tigers shot a solid five over-par through its first nine holes, but dropped on the leaderboard after a 12-over performance on their final nine holes of the day.
