Late last night and early this morning while her Pacific teammates were sleeping, Pacific women's basketball's redshirt senior Sofie Tryggedsson was winning a basketball tournament in her home nation of Denmark.
Tryggedsson and her team, Streetball København, rolled through the Senior Women's Division at the GAME Denmark 3x3 Open in Copenhagen with four straight wins early this morning to take the crown. Tryggedsson is playing with members of the Denmark Women's National 3x3 Team in preparation for the FIBA 3x3 Europe Cup Qualifiers on June 29 and 30.
Tryggedsson and her team cruised to wins over NOYPI PH, Team MereBuePå W and A Team before defeating Team MereBuePå W again in the final, 11-9.
