Pacific baseball is halfway through a stretch of eight games in eight days, and so far are a perfect 4-0 through it and will look to continue their outstanding start to the season this weekend with a home and home series against Sacramento State. Pacific hosts the Hornets in the first two games of the series on Thursday and Friday and will head to Sacramento on Saturday and Sunday to wrap up the series. A win for Pacific on Thursday in the series opener will clinch the first 5-0 start to a season in program history.
