Stockton, Calif. – The Pacific Tigers swept their doubleheader matchup with the Northwestern Wildcats today, winning game two 7-3 after triumphing in the first game by the same score. Jake Jenkins earned the win for the Tigers and is now 1-0 on the season with a 3.00 ERA. The Tigers moved to 2-5 on the season after today, while Northwestern drops to 3-4.
Jenkins struck out the side to start the game for Pacific but not before the Wildcats jumped on top with two runs. A single and a walk put two on for Northwestern before a double steal made it two in scoring position.
