Stockton, Calif. - Pacific picked up where it left off in the second game of the Husky Classic on the University of Washington campus, breezing past Montana by a final tally of 8-0 in five innings. Pacific was led by a significant power display and a strong pitching performance from Marissa Young (4-3).

After Young got a 1-2-3 inning in the top of the first, Pacific received a leadoff walk from Sara Anderson, but couldn't push a run across. Montana used an error and a single from Bethany Olea to threaten, but Young induced a groundout off the bat of Ashlyn Lyons and a strikeout from Madeline Merritt to end the threat.
