TEMPE, Ariz. – The University of the Pacific men's tennis team received the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Award for its community service, as released by the ITA on Monday, May 21.
"I don't necessarily believe winning an award for community support is something to be proud of as it is our duty as people, however, I am happy to represent the University of the Pacific and Pacific Athletics with this award. Stocktonians and Tigers take care of each other," said head coach Ryan Redondo.
The Tigers have done a lot of volunteer work this year and over the course of the past few years.
