STOCKTON – Brooklyn McDavid had witness two other senior days during her time with University of the Pacific’s women’s basketball team, and neither ended well for the Tigers.
McDavid and her teammates made sure this year’s three graduating seniors had reason to celebrate their final home game, but it was close.
McDavid had 18 points and a crucial rebound in the final minute and a three point attempt by Santa Clara’s Emily Wolph missed just before the buzzer as the Tigers edged the Broncos 71-69 on Saturday at Spanos Center.
