STOCKTON, Calif. – Men's Basketball head coach Damon Stoudamire has announced his first signee of the spring season, adding Amari McCray to his 2018-19 squad.
"Amari is a skilled Big who has the ability to score in the post and play out of double teams," said Stoudamire.
McCray is a 6-9 junior college transfer out of Howard College, where he led the Hawks consecutive regional berths with a 20-12 record in 2016-17 and 22-9 mark in 2017-18. This past season McCray averaged 10.6 points and 5.2 rebounds per game en route to being named the Western Junior College Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Year.
