Pacific men's tennis (2-4) is looking to build momentum before it hosts the Pacific Mountain Invitational next weekend with a couple of wins on the road over UC Irvine (3-3) on Friday and New Mexico (1-5) on Sunday.
The Tigers are searching for consistency in the early part of the season and find themselves with a solid opportunity to find some this weekend against two teams without winning records. Pacific's four losses have been tightly contested. Just once this season has the team fallen by more than two points and twice, the Tigers have let slip matches by just a point.
