Stockton, Calif. – The Pacific Tigers were able to come back and tie the game against the Saint Mary's Gaels but ended up falling 9-4 in ten innings in the first game of their Sunday doubleheader. The loss was the fifth straight in conference for the Tigers, who are now 10-18 overall and 3-8 in the WCC. Saint Mary's moves to 18-10 overall and 8-3 in conference.
Ricky Reynoso entered the game on a stupendous roll, with an ERA of 0.56 in his last two starts. Reynoso went nine innings in a no-decision last time out and has struck out 14 men over his last two games while allowing just ten baserunners.
