Pacific Men's Basketball Head coach Damon Stoudamire is pleased to announce the signing of two transfers, James Hampshire and Broc Finstuen, out of Casper College.
Hampshire and Finstuen helped lead the Thunderbirds to a 32-3 overall record and an 87-74 Region IX Championship victory over Sheridan College. With the Region IX tournament title, Casper College earned its first berth to the NJCAA national championships in 23 years. The Thunderbirds finished their 2018-19 campaign ranked sixth in the nation and their 32 wins ranks second in program history.
Hampshire is a 7'1" post player from Flagstaff, Ariz. He came off of the bench to averaged 6 points per game while shooting 64% from the field.
