STOCKTON — Confidence made the difference for the Pacific women’s basketball team Thursday night.
After missing from outside most of the game, the Tigers felt strong enough to continue taking 3-pointers and finally started making some in the fourth quarter — enough to propel them to a 65-62 victory over Pepperdine at Spanos Center.
Geana Luaula Summers made the first of her three treys with 8:35 to play.
