BERLIN, Ger. - Former men's water polo players Alex Obert and Ben Stevenson will compete for Team USA in this year's FINA World Cup Head Coach Dejan Udovicic announced this past week.
With the stage set for Berlin, Germany and the Cup games less than 24 hours away, this Tuesday, September 11th, serves as a historic moment for Pacific men's water polo as for the first time it will have two players representing the program that has come to be known as WaterPoloU.
Two players of a narrowly selected 13-man roster, this is Obert's second occasion on the FINA world roster while Stevenson will be making first appearance for Team USA.
