Stockton, Calif. - The Pacific Men's Soccer team held its annual team banquet on Sunday evening at the Alex and Jeri Vereschagin Alumni House on the Stockton campus. During the banquet, the team handed out its individual awards, including four awards voted on by members of the team, and the Geoff Smyth Coaches Award, which celebrates the player who most displays commitment and dedication to Pacific Men's Soccer.
Pacific's offensive and overall team MVP award was given to sophomore Gaku Lange of Komoro, Japan. Lange led the team in scoring with three goals and seven points during the fall season en route to All-WCC honors.
