Pacific women's basketball brought in two Division I transfers this offseason from Colorado State, a program which has reached postseason play in the last five seasons.
The two former Rams, Senior guard Callie Kaiser and senior guard and forward Sofie Tryggedsson, bring with them a valuable intangible; knowing what it takes to reach the postseason on a day in and day out basis.
This season, Kaiser's focus will come in practice. The 5-foot-10-inch guard from Broomfield, Colorado will have to take a redshirt year in 2018-19. Despite not being able to play this season, Kaiser said she's excited to focus on improving her game and helping her teammates during her season on the sideline.
