With a little help from Kyra Christmas, the Pacific women’s water polo team defended its home waters Friday against Cal Baptist.
Christmas scored five times for the Tigers, who beat visiting Cal Baptist 15-7 at Chris Kjeldsen Pool.
Viktoria Szmodics scored three goals for Pacific (10-8, 3-0 GCC), with Mariana Duarte adding a pair of scores and two assists. Szmodics also had two assists, as did teammate Savannah Fitzgerald.
Clara Vulpisi made 15 saves for the Tigers.
