Local Roundup: Pacific volleyball set to begin play in Bulldog Brawl

Riding a four-match winning streak split over a pair of tournaments, the Pacific women’s volleyball team will open play today in the Bulldog Brawl in Indianapolis, Indiana.

The Tigers face Ilinois at 9 a.m. today, followed by a game against Butler at 3 p.m. later the same day. Then, on Saturday, they’ll conclude the tournament with a 12 p.m. game against Belmont.

So far for Pacific (6-3) this season, Riley Patterson leads the team with 107 kills. Gabby Leo has 219 assists, Jadyn Tubbs has 146 digs and Kennedy Kaminsky has 39 blocks.
