Graovac ties AHL record in Heat win

Mark it down as a record night for Tyler Graovac.

Well, record-tying.

Graovac had a hat-trick as part of a four-point effort to help the Stockton Heat pick up a 5-1 win over Iowa on Saturday night in Des Moines, Iowa.

Graovac, a former Wild forward, tied an AHL record with three shorthanded goals in the win, doing it against an Iowa team that had allowed just two all season before Saturday.

Spencer Foo and Brett Pollock also scored for Stockton, with Buddy Robinson recording two assists on the night.
