Stockton, Calif. – The Pacific Tigers triumphed for the second straight game, winning game one of a Sunday doubleheader with Northern Colorado 8-5. Danny Mayer homered in the bottom of the eighth to help Pacific along to a four-run inning, erasing a one-run deficit. It was the third homer of the year and eighth extra-base hit for Mayer, both leading Pacific by a long shot. Mayer also leads the team with 10 RBI. The Tigers moved to 4-7 with the win, while UNC drops to 2-9.
Ricky Reynoso made his fourth start of the year for the Tigers, going four innings and allowing five runs.
