Former Tigers Making Big Impacts

STOCKTON, Calif. – Two University of the Pacific former student-athletes — Kristen Spracher-Birtwhistle and Duane Isetti — continue to show the greatness that comes from not only the university, but from the Stockton community.

Last month, Spracher-Birtwhistle was named the new president and CEO of United Way of San Joaquin County, while Isetti was selected the 65th Stocktonian of the Year by the Central Valley Association of Realtors and Greater Stockton’s Chamber of Commerce.

A 1981 women’s tennis graduate, Spracher-Birtwhistle has served as a member of the Athletic Leadership Council since its inception in 2012. She obtained a Master’s degree in Sports Medicine before going on to spend 30 years with the Kaiser Permanente and the Kaiser Medical Group.
