Former Tiger Dallas Correa to head program at Hawai'i Pacific

Former Pacific Tiger Dallas Correa was named as the new head coach at Hawai'i Pacific University today.

Correa, who most previously worked as an assistant coach at Hawai'i Pacific, played for four years as a member of the Pacific Tigers program.

"I am excited for the opportunity to be the head baseball coach at HPU," said Correa. "It's an honor for me and I'm looking to take the program to new heights both on and off the field. I want to thank Sam and President (John) Gotanda for their confidence in me to lead the Sharks."

Correa played for four years at the University of the Pacific appearing in 51 games tallying five doubles, 11 RBIs and five walks.
