Delta College’s Tyler Condie pitched six shutout innings, and the Mustangs’ offense gave him plenty of support.
Condie allowed two hits and the Mustangs beat Feather River 11-3 on Monday at Nick Cecchetti Field. It was the eighth consecutive win for the Mustangs (9-1), who play host to De Anza at 2 p.m. today.
Condie (1-1) struck out four and walked on in his 88-pitch performance.
Delta took the lead early. Vinny Bologna scored the Mustangs’ first run on a passed ball in the second inning, and Zack Mathis belted a two-run homer in the third.
