The second in the summer series of Catching Up With Volleyball Alums, senior libero Katrin Gotterba talks with Gillan Howard, a middle blocker from La Jolla, Calif. who starred for the Tigers from 2011-15.
Katrin Gotterba: What are you doing now?
Gillian Howard: I spent the past year coaching in San Diego and recovering from knee surgery, next year I will be attending the University of Alaska, Anchorage in pursuit of a graduate degree while assisting the volleyball program.
KG: What was your experience like at Pacific?
GH: My experience was great, especially the close-knit environment of the athletes.
