Stanford, Calif. - On a beautiful night for Softball at Smith Family Stadium at Stanford, the Pacific softball team was upended by a seven-run fourth frame from the Cardinal. Pacific scored first and picked up single runs in the first three innings before Stanford struck for three in the third and seven in the fourth. The Tigers fall to 17-14 on the season while Stanford improves to 13-17 on the season.
After both pitchers twirled perfect frames in the first inning, Pacific struck for a run in the top of the second off of Haley Snyder (7-7).
