With National Reading Month nearing its end the Tigers' basketball team gave back with a trip to St. Luke's Catholic School just down the street from Pacific. Heading out to the community the Tigers took their favorite books to Mrs. Pinasco's 1st Grade class as well as Mrs. Haley's 2nd Grade class. Hitting the books with the kids of St. Luke's the Tigers sent coach Sperisen, Ray Bowles, Jack Williams, and Rolaun Dunham. The Tigers brought along some top selections in the form of Dear Mrs. LaRue: Letters from Obedience School by Mark Teague, Gilbert the Great by Jane Clarke and Charles Fuge, When Dinosaurs Came with Everything by Elise Broach and David Small, and Chicks and Salsa by Aaron Reynolds and Paulette Bogan.
