Tempe, Ariz. - The No. 12 Pacific women's water polo team completed action the Arizona State Invitational by falling to No. 9 Arizona State, 5-3, Sunday. Earlier in the morning session, No. 5 Michigan posted 13-6 win over the Tigers.
Rachel Krieger and V.Szmodics score twice each against Michigan and once against Arizona State.
The Tigers fell behind 2-0 to Arizona State after one quarter as the Sun Devils got goals from Abbey Kerth and Maud Koopman. Ellen Tiedemann put Pacific on the board before Koopman answered for a 3-1 ASU lead.
