The 100 best Pac-12 players of the past 10 years 11-20: Taylor Mays an all-time great?

We continue our countdown of the best Pac-12 players of the past 10 years.

20. Johnathan Franklin RB UCLA - The Mayor of Westwood torched UCLA records in his career and played a huge part in taking the Bruins to the next level under Jim Mora. He had just a hair under 5,000 all-purpose yards in his career and scored 34 touchdowns.

19. Leonard Williams DE USC - Williams was a man among boys in his three-year Trojan career. He was arguably the pure best defensive player in the conference as a sophomore and junior, a two-time first-team All-American and first-team all-conference player who finished his career with more than 200 tackles (astounding for a defensive lineman), 20 sacks and 35 tackles for-loss.
