QB Justin Herbert Sr. Oregon - Herbert picked up his game in his last lap around the Pac-12, substantially raising his completion percentage while also throwing for more yards and touchdowns and fewer interceptions. Oh, and he also led Oregon to a Pac-12 Championship.
RB Zack Moss Sr. Utah - Another star who came back for a senior year and put together his best year. He had more than 1,300 yards with 15 scores, rushing for 6.2 per-carry. He also had 374 receiving with two scores and led the Utes to a South title.
