Arizona State looking to set special teams curve in 2016

In the aftermath of the 2013 Holiday Bowl, Arizona State coach Todd Graham stood shell-shocked after his team played what he described as “our worst game of the season” in a loss to Texas Tech. At the postgame news conference below Qualcomm Stadium, following a series of mea culpas, Graham vowed that Arizona State’s special teams would improve following an up-and-down season and horrendous bowl game.

Two-plus years later, his Sun Devils enter the 2016 offseason boasting what could be the finest all-around special teams unit in the conference come fall. Though he’s not ready to admit it just yet.
