People who say fighting in hockey should be outlawed are misguided. Without it, good players wouldn't be allowed to be good players. They'd be too busy looking over their shoulder for guys like Penguins pest Bobby Farnham.
Early in Thursday's game, Cody Ceci was being distracted. Farnham, a career minor leaguer playing in his 15th NHL game, was taunting him, trying to draw him into a scrap.
"I said to him listen, the kid is five years younger than you, he's a first round pick and an offensive guy," Mark Borowiecki said Friday. "I asked him, do you understand who fights in this league?
